What we collect
We collect information about you when you complete a contact form, a
credit account application form or place an order for products or services. Website

Marketing
ReadyLite will send you marketing communications on services, products

(such as where we're required to do so by law) we will also ask for your consent before

the footer of each email campaign. If you do not wish to receive any further marketing
communications from us, please email us stating that you wish to opt out of receiving
further emails with your full name and company details.
We ask for your permission to send you marketing and promotional material
using your address, telephone number, email address and SMS, so that we can send you
free gifts, discount vouchers, invitations to events, special offers, market research,
and other marketing material that we believe may be of interest to you. If you give

IP Addresses
We may collect information about your computer, including where available
your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. We do not
record or share the IP address of any of our visitors, this is statistical data about
your browsing actions and patterns in relation to our website.

applies to this website so when you link to other websites you should read their own

Data Security
READYLITE takes security of personal data seriously. We have internal
policies and controls in place to protect personal data against loss, accidental
destruction, misuse or disclosure and to ensure that data is not accessed, except by
employees in the proper performance of their duties.
Where ReadyLite engages with third parties to process personal data on our behalf, such
parties do so on written instructions, are under a duty of confidentiality and are
obliged to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure

Some of the processing ReadyLite carries out may result in risks to
privacy. Where processing would result in a high risk to individuals rights and
freedoms, ReadyLite will carry out a data protection impact assessment to determine the

can be put in place to mitigate those risks.
If ReadyLite discovers that there has been a data breach of personal data
that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we shall report it to the
Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) within 72 hours of discovery. ReadyLite will
record all data breaches regardless of their effect.
If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and
freedoms of individuals, we shall tell the affected individuals that there has been a
breach and provide them with information about its likely consequences and the
mitigation measures we have taken.

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media
platforms that ReadyLite participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well
as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.
We advise you use social media platforms wisely and communicate / engage
on them with due care and caution in regard to your own privacy and personal details.
ReadyLite will never ask for personal or sensitive information through social media
platforms and encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact them
through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.
This website may use social sharing buttons which help share web content
directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. Users are advised
before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and
note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share web page
respectively through your social media platform account.

judgement before clicking any shortened URLs published on social media platforms by
ReadyLite. Despite the best efforts to ensure only genuine URLs are published, many
social media platforms are prone to spam and hacking and therefore this website and its
owners cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any
shortened links.
